Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Help Text is not displayed in mobile application for the below listed transactions where as help text is displayed in Desktop view. 


1. New Deposit
2. Edit Maturity Instruction
3. Transfer Money
4. Upcoming payments( Add Set Repeat Transfer link)
5. Pay Bills
6. Set Security Question
7. Alerts Subscription 


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
All functionalities should be uniform across IB as well as MB and help text should be displayed same as the Desktop view.

STEPS
-------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Accounts > Term Deposit > New Deposit
2. Accounts > Term Deposit > Edit Maturity Instruction
3. Payments > Transfer Money
4. Payments > Upcoming payments( Add Set Repeat Transfer link)
5. Payments > Pay Bills
6. Security Settings > Set Security Question
7. Manage Alerts > Alerts Subscription

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see help text in Mobile Application.
