Symptoms

On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Inbound MT204 to outbound CBPR+ transaction is not processing.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If the account/BIC is valid, transaction should move to success and an Outbound CBPR+ pacs.009 should be created and processed successfully.
Otherwise the transaction should move to respective queue with valid reason.


STEPS
-----------------------
1.Inject an Incoming MT204 with 53 A tag
2. Use Valid BIC/Account
3. MT204 is in E status without any error message


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Inbound MT204 to outbound CBPR+ transaction is not processing.
