Trade Transactions Not Visible For Checker Approval (Doc ID 2886275.1)

On : 21.1.0.0.0 version, Production Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After applying QPS 21.1.0.2.0, Bank is unable to approve any trade transaction because it is not visible in Pending for Approval widget of Checker User. Before this QPS, this functionality worked fine. Bank tried Initiate Letter Of Credit and Letter of Credit Amendment transactions and on maker confirmation screen, it shows status as pending for approval, but it is not available on Checker's end.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

All transactions eligible for Approval must be visible at the checkers end.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) As Maker User, successfully Initiate Letter Of Credit or Amend Letter of Credit and observe the status on confirmation screen.
2) Now switch to Checker User and check Pending for Approvals widget and observe that Trade Transaction count shows 0 and there are no Trade transactions in grid.


BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot see the transaction for approval.
