Alert Status Not Changing On Alert Action/reassign (Doc ID 2886487.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.0 version, Web UI

Alert status not changing on alert action/reassign.

When we open alert the status is not changed from new to investigation. On reassignment status does not change nor does the user to which it is assigned and comments tab is also empty.
Please also note we have applied "Financial Services Analytical Applications Infrastructure v8.0.8.0.0 Maintenance Level Release #5 (8.0.8.5.0)" patch almost 2 months ago after the deployment everything was working fine. But for last 2 weeks we are facing this issue as stated above.
