[QW ML] The System Automatically Assign "Block" To A Case When User Add Comment Only (Doc ID 2886886.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.0 version, Web UI

[QW ML] The system automatically assigns "Block" to a case when user add comment only.

1. Requirements:
The system allows users to add comment to a case without required them to classify the case into "block" or "release".

2. Problem:
When the user clicked to "Actions" button, selected "Block", then user did not click "Save" but closed the pop-up window. Then he backed to the case and added comment only, the system auto assigned status of the case to "block" .

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

When the user clicked to "Actions" button, selected "Block", then user did not click "Save" but closed the pop-up window. Then he backed to the case and added comment only, the system auto assigned status of the case to "block".
