ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

It is observed that the transaction sequence number does not reset back to 1 when a new transaction is posted on a new day


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that the transaction sequence number should get reset to 1 when a new transaction is posted after Open branch batch is posted.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a branch batch and open teller batch.
2. User posts a few transactions. It is observed that transaction sequence number gets increased by 1.
3. At end of day, user closes teller batch and close branch batch.
4. EOD for that day is run.
5. For the new day, user opens branch batch.
6. User posts open teller batch transaction.
7. It is observed here that the transaction sequence number does not reset to 1.
