Collateral Maintenance Screen(GCDCOLLT) not displaying user defined fields(UDF) post patchset deployment for existing collaterals (Doc ID 2886921.1)

On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Collateral maintenance screen
Now we facing issue on collateral maintenance screen blank UDF file on existing CIF on patch set testing environment. For new creation the system popup normally.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
UDF to be displayed Properly for Existing and new  collateral Maintenance.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Collateral using GCDCOLLT
2. Go to UDF Screen and Verify the result.

3. inquire for Existing Collateral using GCDCOLLT
4. Go to UDF Screen And no data is displayed.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can see UDF field for Existing Collateral Maintenance.
