EOD Batches taking more time in v14.5 on Migrated Data.

Overall EOD Window: 3 Hours 30 Mins
EOD Batch Timings - Excel Attached
AWR: Attached
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
EOD batches should not take more time.
It should be executed without any delay/session locks/aborts

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute EOD
2. Verify if EOD is completed within expected time without any delays

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete EOD within expected time.
