PXDOTUML Additional Details Sub-screen Not Correct When Option Is Create Transaction (Doc ID 2887094.1)

PXDOTUML Additional Details sub-screen not correct when option is Create Transaction

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Additional Details sub-screen under PXDOTUML when the option chosen from PQSTMPLQ is "Create Transaction" from template is not correct and is not the same as the one displayed when option chosen from PQSTMPLQ is "Modify" template.
Modify is showing Settlement Preference whereas Create Transaction is showing Cover Details.
If while creating transaction from template user visits Additional Details sub-screen and clicks OK before clicking Enrich in main screen an error is thrown "Settlement Method provided is COVER where the resolved settlement method is SERIAL PX-TXN-011" and user has to start creating transaction from beginning.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should not get any error and transaction creation and modification screen should have same fields in additional tab.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From PQSTMPLQ, click Create transaction and verify the fields under additional tab
2. Similarly from PQSTMPLQ, click Modify transaction and verify the fields under additional tab

3. Both should have same fields and there should not be any difference
