ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Outgoing SEPA transfer failed

When user initiates Sepa outgoing transaction from OBDx it fails to process and no contract is created in OBPM. This issue is faced only in a few specific cases where customer address information is populated in Address Line4 while address Line3 is null.
