ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Maker and checker in SESTRONL is the wrong way around

Checking the summary screen SESTRONL user noticed the maker and checker are swapped.

The input screen SEDTRONL however does have it listed the correct way around

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Maker and Checker id's should be displayed correctly

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to SESTRONL screen,
2. Verify if maker and checker fields are displayed correctly

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the correct maker and checker id
