Access Denied Error on Cancel Future Dated Transaction || DIGX_AM_011 (Doc ID 2887506.1)

Symptoms

Even though Cancel Future Dated entitlement are mapped to the user (both at role transaction mapping and party/user account access level), the system still throws access denied error while attempting to cancel the transaction in Payment Status Inquiry screen.

ERROR

Access denied. You are not authorized to perform this transaction on specified account. Please contact bank administrator.
Error code : DIGX_AM_011


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into obdx by corp user
2. go to payment status inquiry and try to cancel the txn
3. even though Cancel Future Dated entitlement are mapped to the user , system throwing error "Access denied. You are not authorized to perform this transaction on specified account."

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot cancel Future Dated txn on payment status inquiry.

  No changes done to product, account or hardware causes this issue.
