ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to see Payee details and also 'Triple Dots icon' is disabled when attempting to expand the arrow in 'Manage Payee' screen.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to view Payee Details and 'Triple Dots icon' functionality should work as expected.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with retail user
2. Open toggle menu and navigate to 'Payments > Setups > Manage Payees'
3. Once the 'Payee List' screen is displayed, expand the arrow of any of the listed payees
4. Now using the search box, search any of the listed payee and click on search icon
5. Expand arrow and observe, payee details are blank and also 'Triple Dots icon' functionality is not working
