ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OBAPI touchpoints are also displayed in 'Channel' dropdown when attempting to click on 'View Limits' hyperlink in 'Repeat Transfer' screen.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Only those touchpoints should be populated in 'Channel' dropdown which are available in User Management screen.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with retail user
2. Open toggle menu and navigate to Payments > Setups > Repeat Transfer > Set Repeat Transfer
3. Select an 'Existing Payee' and choose any of the payees
4. Click on 'View Limits' hyperlink
5. Observe in the 'Channel' dropdown, those values are also displayed which are not even present in the User Management screen
