On : DB 12.0.2 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

BCI Transactions which are posted to host getting rejected after some days with codstatus as 39.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
------------------------------
BCI transaction should not be rejected after some days

STEPS
------------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate BCI transaction
2. After some days that transaction will be in rejected with status as 39


BUSINESS IMPACT
-------------------------------
BCI Transaction posted to host getting rejected and end user is unable to understand the reason.
