ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User Profile Maintenance : Transaction is not going for approval even after maintenance.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
------------------------------
User Profile Maintenance : Transaction should be going for approval after maintenance.
STEPS
------------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: Login through admin maker and navigate to user profile maintenance
Step 2: Click on Edit
Step 3: Click on Save after changing any detail
Step 4: Review screen opens up
Step 5: Click on Submit
Now the confirm screen appears with the status as "Completed" but it should show as "Pending for approval" as the rule and workflow has already been set.
