Symptoms
PQSECAQU,PQSEACQU and PQSPRQUE records on double click throws error "Function Rights Not available".
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In the screen PQSECAQU,PQSEACQU and PQSPRQUE
2. Able to view the record in the dashboard screen for the function id
3. On double click on the account
4. System throws error " function rights not available "
