Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Consent Required field value on UI changes between search, edit and confirmation touch point maintenance screens.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Consent Required field value should be consistent and not change between screens.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with following steps:
1. Login via Administrator. Navigate to Authorization and Access Controls > Touch Point Maintenance
2. Search for touch point. View the consent flag field on Search, Edit and Confirmation screen.
3. Consent flag values are inconsistent on screens.
