Issue Description
---------------
We have maintained the MM RFR placement product with negative rates allowed maintenance (Product code: BEL2; so this product shall be able to process the RFR contracts with both negative or positive values for used RFR rate code ). Once initiating the contract under this product the system (after authorization) does not generate INIT event at all (only BOOK event).
We have also maintained the MM RFR product without negative rates maintained (Product code: MB56). Once initiating the contract under this product the system generates INIT event with correct accounting entries.
