Error "Can't find resource for bundle..." Is Observed on Screen in Application Tracker If Data Is Not Available for a Particular Status Tab

When attempting to view the Application Tracker for Trade Finance, in case data is not available for a particular status Tab, then instead of a proper message like 'No Transactions available', following error occurs on screen.
Can't find resource for bundle com.ofss.digx.infra.resource.ErrorMessageResourceBundle, key DIGX_TF_TRDAPP_0001
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Application Tracker-->Trade Finance
3. Check all the status tabs(SUBMITTED, IN PROGRESS, etc.)
