STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigate to PMDCYRLE
Click on new & search "SWIFT_MX" in network code LOV

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get Network code LOV values.
