Symptoms

On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

Branch Transfer not happening with correct amount from function ID CLDACCTR


Branch transfer is not happening with correct amount when there is a mixture of balance in suspense & suspended or normal & suspense GL.

when the loan is in NORM/IR/SM that means it is not classified we found due to error code

ERROR

 AC-HOF04 (Error during financial balancing)




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Pick up a NORM CL Account and DO a Branch Transfer
2. Run EOD and validate the status and Error


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot transfer NORM Status CL Account
