Adhoc Holiday Maintenance

we are trying to maintain the next day which has a holiday to a working day. today is 18th which is a working day. . next working day in 19th. we want to mark 19th as holiday day. we have changed it from STDLOCHL and system allowed it. however after running EODM and EOD, the system date for branch transaction is still showing 19th.

we also tried it the other way round. suppose today is 17th, 18th 19th are also working day. from STDLOCHL we maintained 18th as holiday. when we ran EODM the branch date went to 18th instead in FBTM_BRANCH_INFO. when we ran EOD branch date showed 19th. but during transaction the value date came as 18th.

Date should be reflected correctly and all transaction should be in new value date as per holiday maintenance

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Got to STDLOCHL and make the next day as Holiday
2. Run EODM and EOD and validate the date
3. Got to STDLOCHL and make the next day as Working Day
4. Run EODM and EOD and validate the date

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot validate proper dates if immediate next date is changed in system
