ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When providing new value for UDF field in PMDNCAMD transaction amendment, user can’t put decimals.
System shows error message - "Max of 0 decimals is allowed". Old value of the same UDF has decimals.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When providing new value for UDF field in PMDNCAMD transaction amendment, user should be allowed to put decimals.
