ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Payment functionality is not working for OBDX with FCR and OBPM.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR

Payment functionality should be working for OBDX with FCR and OBPM.
STEPS
------------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as retail user
2. Initiate Adhoc Internal Transfer payment.
Observe that the end user is not able to move to next screen.
Rest http://100.76.143.243:7777/digx-payment/v1/payments/pay/network?locale=en
is getting failed.
