ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OBDX Patchset 21.1.4.1.0 : Installation failure in DB creation

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
------------------------------
OBDX Patchset 21.1.4.1.0 : Installation should be successfull


STEPS
------------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download OBDX Patchset 21.1.4.1.0 from Oracle E-Delivery
2. Prepare installer.properties file
3. Run this patchset on existing OBDX 21.1.4.0.0 environment

After running Patchset 21.1.4.1.0 successfully we were not able to login when we checked the logs we observed that the db queries has been failed during creation but in the obdx_installer.log the db has been created messages are visible.


BUSINESS IMPACT

Customer is unable to deploy Periodic Patchset 21.1.4.1.0 on existing 21.1.4.0.0 patchset environment
