ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User Management Search : Unable to search user via party id

Getting message as "No such record found."

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
------------------------------
User Management Search : Admin user should be able to to search user via party id

STEPS
------------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: Login through admin user
Step 2: Navigate to user management screen
Step 3: Select user type as retail user
Step 4: click on customer id
Step 5: A modal window opens up, enter the customer id there and click on search, now select the 2nd option from the list
Step 6: Now again click on search

On click of search this time, an error message is shown saying "No such record found" while if we search the same user via username then it successfully displays the user.
