User Limit Search : getting Failed while Clicking on Username in Search Result (Doc ID 2891494.1)

On : 21.1.4.1.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User Limit : In Search Result on Cliking Username Getting Failed

System throwing - "System cannot process the request currently. Please try later"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
------------------------------
User Limit screen should work normally

STEPS
------------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: Login through admin user
Step 2: Search User Limts
Step 3: Select user type as retail and enter the user name, click on search
Step 4: Now click on the user name link from the search results below

Now on click of user name link, User gets to see an error message saying, "System cannot process the request currently. Please try later"

Note - This is occuring after deploying Period Patchset 21.1.4.1.0

BUSINESS IMPACT

Admin user is unable to see limit package details by clikcing on user name
