Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Party ID and Party Name fields are not getting displayed on Party Account Access and User Account Access screens.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Party ID and Party Name fields should be displayed on Party Account Access and User Account Access screens.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with Corporate Admin user.
2. Open toggle menu and navigate to Access Management > Account Access > Party Account Access/User Account Access.
3. On right side of Party Account Access/User Account Access screen, search results are coming and Party ID and Party Name fields are not getting displayed.
