Symptoms

When attempting to Submit a shipping guarantee,
following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Trade Finance-->Shipping Guarantee-->Initiate Shipping guarantee
3. Fill the details, submit
