Customer profile - CUST_SMRY_MNTH

We noticed an additional alerts have been generated on 811 instance for (IML/CU) CIB: Significant Change in Trade/Transaction Activity due to following columns values population(these were not populated by 801 instance)

Please clarify the significance of these columns and how these have been populated in 811 version, though it was not working on 801
