Forgot Username Functionality not Working (Doc ID 2892295.1)

Forgot Username functionality not working

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR

Forgot Username functionality should be working

STEPS
------------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: Click on Application URL.
Step 2: Navigate to 'Forgot Username'.
Step 3:Enter the required Email ID and DOB of the user.

After clicking 'Submit' , the user should receive an Email which consists of the username. But for some reason the functionality seems to be not working
