FCCM 8.1.1: Unable To Extract Scenarios Using Scenario Migration Utility (Doc ID 2893545.1)

On : 8.1.1 version, Web UI

FCCM 8.1.1: Unable to extract scenarios using scenario migration utility

Post upgrade from 8.0.2 to 8.1.1 and this is the first time trying to extract scenario from upgraded 8.1.1 environment and the extraction fails with the below error.
