Symptoms

When user attempts to check pending transactions, the following observation noticed

ERROR

OBPM transaction shown as pending with accounting handoff failed error

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create and authorize OBPM transaction.
2. Check newly created OBPM contract shows as pending but accounting is handed off and authorized successfully in actb_daily_log

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot start the EOD.

Changes

 Application changes released not to consider the entries are under progress to mark as Error.
