Symptoms

On : 12.0.3 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
There is no record in table GWTB_MSG_OUT_LOG and Transaction is successfully completed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Bank expects the record to be present in GWTB_MSG_OUT_LOG after completion of gateway transaction

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. GW transaction creation and no record in GWTB_MSG_OUT_LOG table

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, transaction log details were not available for GW transaction.
