Symptoms

While initiating collection following error occurs on review collection screen

Timed out exception

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application -> Initiate collection
2. Enter details in 'Description of Goods and Services' field under "Goods and Shipment Details" tab
3. Navigate to verify screen by entering required data in other tabs.
4. Submit the application
5. Timed out exception error is seen on screen.
