ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Since the payment return and original transaction as successful match with status changed to returned, on checking R transaction tab and invoking
payment return pacs.004 in PSDICBRV return view screen and clicking message tab, it does not show pacs.004 message .
Expected Behavior
----------------
User should be able to see pacs.004 message but currently it is showing the section as blank.
