Symptoms
On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support
System will disable inactive accounts when they reach the limit of certain number of inactive days. Currently system validating only the last signed in date for the dormancy status change.In the context of RESTFULL web services which are being implemented in system, for each request, there has to be an account that needs to be passed. So these web service users which are all not logged-in to the system is getting dormant after the dormancy period crossed.
