ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Incorrect Lcy equivalent amount for SEPA PC contracts

For any PC contract which is future dated, the lcy_equivalent_amount field is showing incorrect value. It is showing the same value as the transaction currency amount.
All SEPA transactions are EUR and hence foreign currency transactions. Also, all SEPA transactions are received at least 1 day prior to activation date. So, this is being observed for all the SEPA contracts.

Similarly, the same issue is observed for any contract where accounting is not involved or has not happened yet. For eg., the same issue exists for Pre-settlement Reject contracts for SEPA and even for pacs.007 upload reversal case.

lcy_equivalent_amount is expected to display the transactions LCY equivalent amount.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload a future dated foreign currency SEPA transaction.
