SEPA DD: Pacs.003 Fails When The Creditor Address Line Is More Than 35 Characters Long (Doc ID 2896061.1)

On : 14.0.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

SEPA DD: Pacs.003 fails when the Creditor address line is more than 35 characters long

When the creditor address line in pacs.003 message is more than 35 characters long, the upload fails and logs an error code that the creditor ID is invalid.
 As per the debugs, System fails while creating the creditor ID as insert into pctm_creditor_id fails due to column length restriction. Address lines in the table have a column length of only 35 each whereas the pacs.003 file can have 2 address lines of 70 characters each as per SEPA rulebook.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload a pacs.003 file having creditor address line value of length > 35.
