ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Same User group is not allowed on more then 1 level, this is a new validation and not acceptable, in previous version it had tested the same and it was functional i.e. we could define User group on multiple levels.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Same User group should allowed on more then 1 level

Due to this issue, Same User group is not allowed on more then 1 level
