OB BRANCH: Signature Display Is Not Shown In Original Form (Doc ID 2896695.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OB BRANCH: signature display is not shown in original form

The signature in FCUBS and OB branch. Ob branch is not showing the actual uploaded signature, instead its showing a minimized format of the original signature which is very small and user have to zoom in a lot with the naked eye.

The more we zoom in, the signature strokes gets distorted and user is unable to make out the signature strokes.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The expectation is ob branch should display the signature in original form same as what was uploaded to core banking. zoom in will have to be used only in case of any unclear signatures uploads.

 

STEPS
--------
1) Open FCUBS and check the signature.

2) Open OBBRN and check it. The signature strokes gets distorted and user is unable to make out the signature strokes.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see signature in original form

Changes

 Signature zoom and zoom per click is increased.
