Date Of Birth Is Not Formatted When Editing The User Through Admin Application (Doc ID 2896719.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Under the Retail User's Details, DOB Field displays value in this format DD/MM/YYYYTHH:MM:SS.
Whereas correct date format of DOB i.e. DD/MM/YYYY is being shown on the User Management's main screen, however, when clicking edit to modify to the personal details, DOB format is displaying together with the time stamp.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------------
Date of value should be displayed in DD/MM/YYYY format.

STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Admin user.
2. Navigate to User Management.
3. Select User type as Retail and input user id and click on search.
4. Click on the listed user id to view the details.
3. In view details DOB is displaying in correct format. Click on edit the we can see the invalid DOB format on edit page.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, Date format is incorrect.
