When Adding New Transaction in Limits Package Existing Transaction Is Duplicated (Doc ID 2897004.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Editing existing limit package with new transaction/transaction group duplicates the already existing transaction.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When new transaction/transaction group is added to existing limit package only the new transaction/transaction group should be added and existing transaction should not be replicated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via administrator. Navigate to Limits > Limits Package.
2. Search for an existing Limits Package. Add transaction to existing package and save.
3. The original transaction/transaction group in the package will be duplicated with the effective date of newly added transaction.
