EXCIT6|OBDX 21.1.4.1.0|Report generation is failing

Report generation is getting rejected by host in checker level with the reason “System cannot process the request currently. Please try later”.

ERROR

 “System cannot process the request currently. Please try later”.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login into obdx by corp user
2. try to generate report
3. system will throw error "“System cannot process the request currently. Please try later”.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot generate reports

Changes

 No changes done to product, account or hardware causes this issue.
