Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Cancel button is not working on the confirmation screen of CASA Request account statement page

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Click on cancel button should navigate back to the account statement page

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with retail user
2. Navigate to Accounts-->CASA-->View Statement
3. Click on Request Statement, provide 'From date' and 'To Date' , click Request--> On the confirmation page, Click cancel
