ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
PSD flag is showing unchecked for the LIQ transaction for which PSD handling flag is checked in PMDSORCE screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
PSD flag should be checked for the transaction if the maintenance is there.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Scenario tested with below setup/Maintenance:

Ordering Institution - EU: No
Account with Institution - EU: Yes
Derivied Leg: One Leg IN (OLI)

Steps to perform.

1. PSD preference is maintained on PMDSORCE screen
2. Inject 1 LIQ transaction for 003 branch
3. Go to PSDOCBVW screen in OBPM, query the transaction
4. Transaction is processed and PSD flag is showing unchecked on PSDOCBVW screen now.
