ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When user is trying to cancel future dated payment Cancellation reason dropdown is not available, it happens to be a text box.
As per approach note it should be present . Application and approach note screenshot are attached
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Cancellation reason dropdown should be available,
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login into obdx by corp user
2. Go to payment transaction inquiry
3. try to cancel a payment , screen does not have "Cancellation reason" dropdown.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Cancellation reason dropdown is not available on payment status inquiry screen.
