Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After login into the system the order of Menu items are changed and are not properly formatted while expanding and collapsing menu items.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After login into the system the order of Menu items should not change and should be properly formatted while expanding and collapsing menu items.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login using any user type.
2. Use the toggle menu and click on any menu item and navigate to open any screen under it.
3. While expanding and collapsing menu items, observe the menu items are not ordered properly and formatting is not proper.
