Symptoms
Actual Behavior
System is not allowing to amend any of the detail incase of the SR contract is having negative rate.
Even not changing the rate, system is throwing error 'Cannot Amend Rate. Follow Amendment Screen for rate change.'
Expected Behavior
System should allow to amend any of the details rather than rate and this should not throw any rate error.
Steps
1. Create a negative interest rate SR contract in SRDTRONL screen
2. Save and authorize it.
3. Unlock the contract and try to save it.
